STATED HONESTLY

Seynox-Grid has not yet closed its pre-seed funding round and currently holds zero operating capital. Both roles below begin on a part-time or fractional, equity-only basis — no cash compensation of any kind is available until a funding or partnership milestone is met, converting to full-time, paid terms only at that point.

Founding Chief Technology Officer

Own the technical architecture of a 21-module AI-native Financial Crime Operating System, from the ground up.

  • Own the full technical architecture across all 21 modules
  • Lead fraud-detection model training and refinement
  • Represent technical readiness in PFTSP and CSA conversations with the Bank of Ghana

Requires: AWS Certified Solutions Architect. Senior engineering leadership experience.

Founding CCO & AMLRO

Own Seynox-Grid's entire regulatory and compliance function, including the statutory Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officer role under Ghana's Act 1044.

  • Lead the PFTSP licence application with the Bank of Ghana
  • Hold statutory AMLRO authority — direct Board reporting line
  • Build the compliance function from zero — policy, DPC and CSA registration

Requires: ICA Diploma in AML or CAMS. Senior compliance/regulatory experience in Ghanaian financial services.
