Founder-led today. Building the founding team now.
Seynox-Grid Africa Ltd. is a Ghana-incorporated company building the fraud-detection infrastructure that Africa's mobile money and banking sector doesn't currently have — one designed around the continent's own fraud patterns, not adapted from tools built for someone else's.
Africa's mobile money sector moved an estimated $1.432 trillion in 2025. Reported fraud cases in Ghana rose 48% year-on-year in the same period. The tools meant to catch that fraud were largely built for card-network fraud in Western markets — they were never designed for SIM-swap takeover, agent-network collusion, or the local-language scam typologies that actually define fraud here. That gap is widening, not closing.
Rather than retrofit a platform designed for a different fraud landscape, we built a 21-module system specifically around SIM-swap intelligence, agent-network analysis, and behavioural detection — architected to be interoperable with whatever a bank or mobile money operator already runs, not to replace it.
These aren't a polished list handed down from a brand exercise — they're the operating principles this company has actually held to, stated plainly rather than dressed up.
We state exactly where we are — proof-of-concept, one module production-ready — rather than where we'd like to sound like we are.
Built to sit alongside whatever fraud tooling a partner already runs, not to force a replacement.
Not around it. Our compliance posture is shaped by direct engagement with the Bank of Ghana, not worked out after the fact.
Every module is built around the fraud patterns that actually define this market, not retrofitted from somewhere else.
